Another Update……

Over the last few days Megan has still been in the same condition. Yesterday we had a big scare where we almost lost her. She had some uncontrolled bleeding but eventually after a couple hours they were finally able to stabilize her. As of now she has not improved and the doctors are still trying to make her as comfortable as possible. Alright, well I have spent a good portion of the day at the hospital with Megan’s family and were able to get a lot of information from the doctors. We had a special conference with the team of doctors that have been working with Megan.

Status Update with some Good News :)

Well first of all, Operation Get Well card was a Success!! I am going to put up a pic or two with all the cards but Megan still has not finished reading them all there was so many. I would estimate 300-400 and a couple dozen packages! Megan loved it

Well for everyone who didnt know it is Megan’s Birthday this Sunday the 5th. Obviously she cannot have a normal birthday but I think the best think we can do for her is let her know how much support she has!

Finished 2nd Round of Chemo

It has been a while since an update, I have started school and been spending lots of time with Megan so I have slacked a bit. Megan is doing really well and just finished the second round of Chemo today.

The Power of Prayer (and hawaiian pizza)

Well, First of all Megan is HOME!!! These last 4 days Megan has been surprising all of her doctors. Her good white blood cell counts were getting better everyday little by little but they did not expect them to shoot up for a while or possibly not even at all. ………………..

Finally Eating Real Food

Well these last few days Megan has been getting stronger and stronger. She walked almost 1 mile today which is incredible because 1 week ago she could barely move. She is also eating real food now finally…………….
